JUKI HZL-80H sewing machine

The JUKI HZL-80H sewing machine owes its success to its many stitches, including the possibility of sewing patterns and the alphabet. It also has the ability to sew over large thicknesses.

In this blog we show you its different features and how to use them. The first thing to know how to do before anything else is to know how to make a bobbin and insert it into the machine.

Making a bobbin with the HZL-80H sewing machine:

To start a seam, you have to place your bobbin in your machine in order to solidify your seam and for this you must already know how to make a bobbin with the color thread of your choice.

We also offer you an explanatory video for a better follow-up of the tutorial.

Step 1: First make sure your sewing machine is plugged in, then place the original spool containing the thread you want to use on the spool pin.

Step 2: Now you will come and take the thread that you will pass through the path (phase 2 and 3), then in the small hole of your bobbin (and not the opening of the bobbin) as shown in the images below -below.

Step 3: Then you will place the bobbin on its support while holding the thread. Make sure you have tipped the bobbin to the right.

Step 4: From there, you will come to press (press and hold) your pedal while still holding the bobbin thread and voila, your thread wraps itself around your bobbin!

Once you have done half of your bobbin, cut the thread you were holding then continue holding your pedal. When you're done, cut the wire connecting to the coil.

Step 5: Now you are going to take the thread from your original spool and pass it through the thread guide of your machine. Then, use the automatic needle threader to pass the thread through the eye of your needle and then pass your thread through the presser foot slot to declutter your sewing space.

Step 6: Then remove the bobbin case cover. Place your bobbin with the end of the free thread that you are going to pass through the path as shown in the image below, then replace the cover.

In phase C, make sure that the wire is cut.

Step 7: To finish, pass the fabric under the presser foot then press the top button twice which will lower and raise the needle to collect the bobbin thread. By removing the fabric, the thread will come off the fabric on its own.
