A few extra tips?
A few tips if you are thinking about ironing on your Vlieseline ...
First of all, make sure you have the right tools: Vlieseline suited to your project, an iron and an ironing board. Start by preheating your iron to the temperature recommended for the fabric to which you will apply the Vlieseline . Place the fabric right side up on the ironing board, then position the Vlieseline on the fabric with the adhesive side facing down. Make sure the Vlieseline covers the entire desired area. Then place a thin cloth or a sheet of parchment paper over the Vlieseline to prevent damage to the iron or fabric. Press the hot cloth or sheet of parchment paper firmly with the iron, using slow, steady movements for about 10 to 15 seconds. Make sure to cover the entire surface of the Vlieseline with the heat from the iron. Then let the fabric cool completely before handling it. This will allow the Vlieseline to adhere securely to the fabric. And there you have it, you have successfully ironed on your Vlieseline !
Practical tips : choosing the right needle for your sewing machine
